The support of the government was clearly shown by the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ngd. Gerald Mweli, and the Ambassador of Tanzania to the United Kingdom, Hon. Mbelwa Kairuki, who emphasized the importance of developing the horticulture sector as an engine for economic growth.
